I had a great customer service experience where the representative walked me through a sizing problem and we were able to work it all out. Let me also say, I have a big collection of vintage Hawaiian shirts but my favorite ones are my 5 different Avanti shirts. Even though they are recently made…. I love them because of the fine material, the vintage designs and the impressive craftsmanship! I plan on buying more shirts in the future from Avanti to add to my collection
