Ordering

Can I modify my order once it's placed?

If you would like to modify your order, please email info@avantihawaii.com as soon as possible. However, once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will be unable to modify your order.

If an item is sold out, will it be available for purchase again?

We have select core prints that we try to carry over to multiple seasons, however, most of our designs and styles are limited to only that season collection.

This is not to say we will never bring the print or style back, but it is less likely. If an item is sold out, you can click on the 'Email When Available' button and sign up to receive restock notifications.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our Newsletter or by following us on social media accounts (Instagram/Facebook).

How do I apply my discount/promo code to my order?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. There will be a 'Gift card and discount code' box during the checkout process where you will be able to input the code.

How can I check the balance on my E-gift card?

If you would like to check the balance on your E-Gift card, please email us at info@avantihawaii.com.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Do international shipping rates include customs, duties, and/or taxes?

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any fees your order incurs during the shipping process is responsible by the recipient. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover these fees for our customers.

What if the item I received is not the item I ordered or is damaged?

If the item you received was due to a mistake on our part, we will happily replace the item (if available) and refund all shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

As long as the item is not a Final Sale item, we can facilitate the exchange. To ensure that you get the size or item(s) you would like to exchange for, please place a new order. This is the fastest and easiest way to guarantee your replacements. Your credit card will be charged for the new order. When we receive your returned merchandise your credit card will be refunded. 

How do I return an item from my order?

Please visit our Returns Center to submit a return request. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Can I return final sale items?

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. For more details on our return policy, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

When will I see the refund on my credit card?

Once your return is received and processed, your card will be refunded. You will receive an email notification to confirm that you have been credited. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for credits to post to an account. If you do not see it, please contact your financial institution.

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Please visit our Sizing Guide to view specific measurements of each style and size. We also include any notable call-outs in the product description of each item if there are any. If you have any other questions, please email info@avantishirts.com and we will assist you with finding your correct size.

How do I care for my shirt or dress?

We recommend hand washing or washing on delicate cycle in cold water with a mild detergent and no bleach. Once you are finished washing, just hang it up to air dry. Use a medium setting on your iron to get rid of any wrinkles you may have.
