Returns & Exchanges
No returns or exchanges will be granted without the original receipt or proof of purchase provided to us.
Avanti Hawaii products must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that is damaged, soiled, or washed may not be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be in resalable condition -- this means the item is unworn, clean, and undamaged, with original tags attached and original packaging intact. Items on sale are FINAL SALE, and are not to be returned for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Avanti products can be exchanged for another shirt of equal value. Approval of return or exchange can only be granted for merchandise that is purchased from Avanti's website at www.avantihawaii.com.
To expedite any exchanges you may have, we recommend placing a new order for the items you wish to exchange for. If there was a discount applied on your initial order, please write in the "Notes" section during checkout to "apply discount for exchange from Order #_____". We will manually apply the discount once the new order is placed. When we receive your returned package, we will issue a refund to your original payment method given all return/exchange requirements are met.

Please include sale receipts or invoices with all returns. To no fault of our own, we will charge all customers for shipping and handling cost.
