The Mountains to the Sea - “Mauka to Makai” is a native Hawaiian practice that relates the mountains or uplands to the sea and therefore the vast ocean, and teaches us that everything is connected and codependent upon each other for survival. Instead of using compass points, locals often orient themselves using mauka and makai.

I looove the colors on this shirt! The red and yellows are almost neon and they POP against the blue, green, and white. It’s subtle and vibrant at the same time.
